We hire in training classes so everyone starts together. Here's what the process looks like:

Mandatory safety and delivery training. You're on the clock from day one. Amazon provides the curriculum, we provide the support.
Your first routes are lighter so you can learn the area and the process. You ramp up gradually over your first couple weeks.
Once you're comfortable, you run full routes across local neighborhoods. Most drivers find their rhythm within the first month.
