These terms cover the text messages Fleet Ready Logistics sends to people who apply for a job with us.
Fleet Ready Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner registered in Old Tappan, New Jersey, operating from Lodi, New Jersey. We send SMS text messages to job applicants who provided their phone number on our employment application. The messages are about interview scheduling and hiring status — for example, confirming an interview time, reminding you of an interview, rescheduling, or telling you where your application stands. This is a hiring and recruiting program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text people who have not applied with us.
You opt in by applying for a job with us and giving us your mobile number — on our careers page, on a job board where we posted the role, or on a paper application. Our careers form also has an optional checkbox you can tick to confirm it explicitly. Either way, we only text you about the application you sent us. Consent is not a condition of employment or of applying. The first message you receive identifies Fleet Ready Logistics and tells you how to stop.
Message frequency varies. These are recurring messages, and how many you receive depends on where you are in the hiring process — for example, you may receive several around an interview and none at other times.
Message and data rates may apply. Fleet Ready Logistics does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and data according to your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text that number again unless you opt back in. Opting out does not withdraw your job application — we will contact you by phone or email instead.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier’s network, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered on time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
