Fleet Ready Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner registered in Old Tappan, New Jersey, operating from Lodi, New Jersey. This policy explains what personal information we collect from people who apply for a job with us, why we collect it, how we handle it, and how you can opt out — including the mobile phone numbers applicants give us on our employment application.
We collect this information directly from you, when you fill out our application. We do not buy contact lists and we do not obtain applicant phone numbers from data brokers.
We use applicant information for our own hiring only. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
You opt in to text messages by applying for a job with us and giving us your mobile number — on our careers page, on a job board where we posted the role, or on a paper application. We text applicants only, and only about the application they sent us. We do not text people who have not applied with us, and we never send marketing or promotional texts. Our careers form also has an optional checkbox you can tick to confirm consent explicitly; when you tick it we store the exact wording you agreed to along with the date. That wording is:
“Text me about my application. Fleet Ready Logistics may send text messages about interviews, scheduling and onboarding to the mobile number above. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment or of applying.”

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any text message we send you and we will stop texting that number. You can also email hr@fleetreadylogistics.com and ask us to stop texting you, or ask us to delete your contact information. Opting out of text messages does not withdraw your application — we will contact you by phone or email instead.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only where it is needed to run our hiring process:
As stated above, mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are excluded from any sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.
We keep applicant information for as long as we need it to run the hiring process and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to employers. If you are hired, your information becomes part of your employment record and is kept for the length of your employment and the period required afterward. If you would like your information deleted sooner, email hr@fleetreadylogistics.com and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.
Applicant information is held on access-controlled systems, and access is limited to the Fleet Ready Logistics staff who run hiring and onboarding.
